The story of Daniel Weaver

ADR L4-S1; April 2025; USA

To anyone who might be dealing with chronic back pain, herniated, or degenerate spinal discs, I would highly recommend ENANDE. lt is because of them that I am once again able to go about my work and live normally without back pain.

Through the summer of 2024 I was dealing with lower back pain that was slowly becoming progressively worse as the time went on. After many chiropractor treatment that brought only temporary relief I decided to have an MRI. The results showed slight herniation of L4/5 and LS/S1.

The pain was interfering with my work

Through late fall and early winter of 2024 I went through a 20 treatment session of non surgical spinal decompression. These helped temporary with pain but, a second MRI in January of 2025 showed no improvements.

By this time the pain was interfering with my work and generally active lifestyle and I decided to pursue further treatment. I had a brother in law, that had lumbar disc replacement surgery with ENANDE two years prior and he had great results.

So rather than dealing with a local neurologist, who, 1 knew would have nothing to offer besides spinal fusion I decided to get in contact with ENANDE. I submitted my information for my consultation and approximately two weeks later I had a surgery date scheduled for April 10th.

Their diagnosis showed herniation and also degeneration of L4/5 and LS/S1 discs. As the surgery date approached, ENANDE did a great job of helping us prepare for the trip by sharing lists of needed supplies and scheduling hotels and taxi. They also offered airline booking.

The entire 16 day schedule from the time they picked us up at the Bremen airport until they again dropped us off to go home again was well laid out and held out perfectly. Surgery went well and 1 was able to stand up and walk after several hours. The care that I received in the hospital was excellent. Also the hotels did a great job in making us comfortable.

It takes 100 days to get back

So now, half a year later I am glad to be able to go about my work and be free from back pain. This surgery is a healing process but it definitely is worth it. The doctor said for most cases it takes 100 days to get back to 100 percent normal and I would say that was fairly accurate. So once again, thanks to the ENANDETeam!! Especially to Dr. Spiller the surgeon and to Christiane Arends who did a great job with the scheduling.
