We will respond to your inquiry promptly, typically within one to three business days. Once we have reviewed your initial information, we may request a specific diagnostic package, including MRIs, X-rays, and medical reports.

Your personal Case Manager will guide you closely throughout the evaluation process. Our Case Managers are all former patients themselves, uniquely trained to provide the highest level of personalized support. Having navigated this journey personally, they offer a depth of understanding and empathy that is rare in medical care. They work in direct collaboration with our surgical team to ensure that every medical question is answered by a fully licensed physician.

Our senior surgeons will carefully evaluate your MRIs, X-rays, and medical reports. Following a thorough analysis, we will contact you—typically within one to two weeks – to discuss our professional treatment recommendations.

Upon your arrival, you will meet with our surgical team to confirm your diagnosis and discuss your entire medical history. We will review your clinical examination results, including X-rays and MRIs. While your initial diagnosis is typically confirmed, we are prepared to perform any additional tests necessary to ensure you receive the most effective treatment.

Your stay is carefully balanced: Following your operation, you will receive up to seven days of hospital care with integrated physical therapy, followed by seven days of supervised rehabilitation at your hotel. If your recovery necessitates a specialized inpatient facility, our team is happy to help you select the right option.
