We will reply to your inquiry in a timely fashion (typically within 1-3 days). Once we learn more about your condition, you may be asked to send us a specific diagnostic package including your MRIs, X-rays and medical reports.

Your personal Case Manager will work closely with you during the evaluation process. Our experienced Case Managers are all past patients and carefully trained to insure the highest in personalized care and support. Having experienced the process, they can guide you with the knowledge of someone who truly understands the need for surgery and the great benefits received by the care of our team. They work closely with our team of surgeons to ensure your questions are answered directly by a fully licensed medical doctor.
